Who we are

What we collect
- Contact details — your name, email, and phone number, provided when your account is set up or when you submit a request.
- Property and job information — addresses, unit numbers, access notes, work descriptions, and photos you or our team upload to document work.
- Billing records — estimates, invoices, and payment history for your account.
- Basic technical logs — sign-ins and actions taken in the portal, kept for security and support.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Your card or bank details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment processing.
How we use your information
Only to run the service: scheduling and performing work, documenting completed jobs with photos, sending estimates and invoices, notifying you about your jobs by email, and keeping records we're required to keep. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone except the service providers that make the portal work (hosting, database, email delivery, and Stripe for payments).
Where it lives and how long
Data is stored with our hosting and database providers in the United States. Job records, photos, and invoices are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed for tax and business records afterward.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to correct your contact details, export your account's records, or close your account — call, text, or email us and we'll take care of it.
