What this portal is
The INK portal lets invited customers request work, track job status, review estimates, view completion photos, download documents, and pay invoices. Access is by invitation only and tied to your account with INK Home & Property Services.
Your account
- Keep your login credentials to yourself; you're responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
- We may deactivate accounts that are inactive, misused, or no longer associated with a client relationship.
Estimates, work, and payment
- Estimates shown in the portal are offers to perform the described scope; approving one authorizes INK to schedule and perform that work.
- The paper trail in the portal (approvals, photos, notes, invoices) is the record both sides rely on.
- Invoices are payable by the due date shown. Online payments are processed by Stripe; bank (ACH) payments may take several business days to settle.
Photos and documents
Job photos are taken to document conditions and completed work at your property and are shared with you through the portal. Company documents we share (like our insurance certificate) are for your vendor records and shouldn't be redistributed.
The service itself
We work to keep the portal available and accurate, but it's provided as-is; an outage or bug never changes what was actually agreed, performed, or paid. The terms of any signed service agreement between you and INK control if they conflict with this page.
